In the vein of "Buffalo Bill' and "Hannibal" Lector, Sqweegel has engaged an admirer of his work. The killer, calling himself "Plash" is proficient in Tarot Cards, Readings, and Visualization, has set forth a reading for Steve Dark, which will play out 5 different scenarios, and give Steve Dark 5 chances to catch Plash, or watch as people die around him.
As he considers Steve Dark in his mind, Plash lays out the 5 card reading:

Plash eagerly considers his motives, his dreams, and his reasons for wanting to please Sqweegel, and sets forth his plan...lay the trap, engage the prey....kill Steve Dark.
The Devil - Plash targets a Hollywood Superstar, living the life of excess on the backs of others. The Superstar lives to fulfill base desires and material needs without care or concern for the people who got him there. Plash bypasses the alarms at the Superstars mansion, gains entry to the bedroom, and kills the Superstar by injecting him with an overdose of Heroin and Cocaine; the Superstar is tied to the 4 poster bed and ball-gaged to make it look like sex games were his pleasure. Steve Dark investigates the scene and finds a clue only he would recognize as a link to Sqweegel, but knows this is not his "Modus Operandi"....a note attached to his forehead..."Slut Redhead Before Wedding"
Wheel of Fortune - Plash targets a Pedophile, recently found Not Guilty, due to a lack of a Warrant being present upon the entrance and subsequent investigation of the Pedophiles storage locker where he kept his library of Child Filth. Plash has no tolerance for for Pedophiles, being molested as a child himself, so he follows the Pedophile, knowing he will offend again...they always do. Plash finds him...sitting outside a schoolyard masturbating in his car during recess, as the children play innocently outside. Plash invades the passenger side door, shoots the Pedophile in the head, and then proceeds to cut off his genitalia and hang them from the rear view mirror. Steve Dark is again called to the scene, as another note is left behind in devotion to Sqweegel...the note is taped to the genitalia..."Vain TV News Whore"
The Moon - Plash targets his own court appointed Psychologist, who has never liked. He was forced to attend the last time he was incarcerated, and now on the outside, he continues his treatment. He hates "The Couch", but lies down as usual...; talk of recent events, mental clarity, personal problems at present. Plash knows he is going to enjoy this...each time gets easier and easier...Plash goes into an obscure, confusing rant about the Hollywood Superstar recently killed, and how he knows who did it, and then starts to speak of the Pedophile and his ultimate demise, and how he knows who killed him as well. When the Psychologist confronts Plash about whether this is fact or just his imagination running wild, Plash gets up from the couch as if to clear his head, walks around behind the Doctor's chair, pulls out a wire Garrote and executes him by slicing his head nearly off, leaving only sinew and cervical vertebrae holding in place. His head is left dangling as Plash attaches a note to his exposed spine...Steve Dark is called in to witness the note, this time left with his name on it...."Self absorbed mother who ignores her boy"
The Tower - Plash knows Steve Dark is close...he has left physical clues, although trying to emulate Sqweegel, he knows he has made mistakes...but he must stick to his goal...please Sqweegel...Kill Steve Dark. The cards speak to him and tell of Chaos and Transformation, Disillusion and Downfall. Plash realizes that to complete his journey he must target Steve Dark...He breaks into Steve Dark's apartment and leaves another clue directly for the intended. He writes "Senator's Cunt Mistress" on a piece of paper and sticks it to baby Sibby's crib. The killer now realizes he is a aligned with his master. He wants to prove himself worthy of Sqweegel...Kill Steve Dark.
Ten of Swords - Plash waits for Steve Dark to arrive home. He has hidden...just as Sqweegel would, but not as intricately...he is not as flexible...he must work on this. After many hours of silence and no movement, Plash hears the door open. Steve Dark is re-living his past; the loss of Sibby, the torment of an encounter with Sqweegel slipped through his fingers, and now a copycat trying to live vicariously through a Level 26 killer. Steve is caught up in the emotional and mental anguish when he finds the note on Baby Sibby's crib. She has been in protective services since the copycat reared his ugliness in public. Steve takes note of his surroundings and releases his gun...something is wrong here...Plash has made his way to the closet, Garrote in hand ready and waiting for Dark to make a mistake. Dark approaches the closet, turns to go around the other side of the bed...Plash makes his move and strikes...Dark is being cut...he feels the wire slicing his flesh...he instinctively reacts and puts his gun under his opposite armpit and pulls the trigger. From behind, Plash is confused...he feels an immense pain from his side...how...Plash goes down in a heap of blood and a sucking noise as the bullet has pierced his lung. His breath draws short as her looks up at Steve Dark....the cards had lied to him...he was supposed to finish what Sqweegel had started...Steve Dark unloads his clip into Plash....Steve Dark contemplates that the worst is over...but for how long.

be given a starting time and date for the whole group.
From that point on the contestents have to find certain information, that can be found on the Website, in the Book, on the iPhone App., at YouTube, and anywhere else there might be information (such as the Deputies). The first person to register the whereabouts of all the information on the list wins a prize.
To make the contest interesting, some of the information should really be a challenge to get, such as having to get a Deputy to DM them the team information, and so on...It can be as creative as we want it to be. The challenges should include having to make an Annimoto Video having to do with their Level 26 experience, and so on. Another idea could be quotes from the book, so they have to read and find specific information quotes from the book.
It should end up being like The Amazing Virtual Race...
