CSI creator releases world's first' digi-novel'

'TV mogul Anthony Zuiker knows full well he could roll out CSI: Chicago and notch another series hit. But instead of sticking with his thrice tried-and-true recipe for success, Zuiker is taking aim at the book market with his newly-released crime thriller, Level 26: Dark Origins. Dubbed the world's first "digi-novel," Zuiker's ultra-violent murder mystery, co-authored by Duane Swierczynski, reads like an R-rated episode of CSI with a twist.'

'In "No Bones About It," a human skull found in the desert must be identified. In "Who Got Served?" sleuths solve the murder of a waitress found in an alley. Admission costs $30 and successive visits cost $26 each until all three crimes are completed. It's the sort of activity that's good for team-building, because it encourages communication, says Doris Pommerening, spokeswoman for EMS Exhibits Inc.' Each crime takes from 60 to 90 minutes to solve. Upon completion of each, visitors receive a CSI diploma.
